Provides clinical and medical oversight of all FLACRA programs.
Provides clinical and medical leadership, consultation and support to staff.
Responsible for the development of a comprehensiveevaluation, development and implementation of client service plans, provide follow up and modification as necessary.
Develops and maintains acceptable standards of practice for program planning, implementation and evaluation.
Develops and maintains positive and effective relationships with community groups, referral sources and service agencies.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree inBehavioral Science or Health background and a minimum of three years clinical and senior management in behavioral health.
Minimum of five years of supervisory and progressive leadership experience in a similar healthcare setting.
Requires flexibility of scheduling and travel to other Agency locations.
