Western New York’s choice. Originating in 1908 through the vision of founder Nathaniel B. Raymond, The Daily Record strives to meet the legal and business news and information needs of its subscribers not only in Rochester, but across the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. INSIDE SCOOP.
From investments to the environment, from sales to technology, The Daily Record’s team of columnists tailor their articles to include timely news and information that impacts business professionals. Whether the stock market’s a bull or a bear or the real estate market is on a high or a low, our columnists explain how it affects the business market. Whether the court is reading the law narrowly or giving broad interpretations to regulations, our columnists let you know how that may affect you business decisions.

Local Business Briefs. Sometimes knowing who’s who is the bigger part of the game than what’s what. The Daily Record’s On The Move In Western New York highlights new hires, transfers, promotions and various developments at businesses, not-for-profits, and educational institutions throughout the region.

Real Estate Trends. Every day, a comprehensive listing of deeds and mortgages filed at the Monroe County Clerk’s office is featured in The Daily Record. This helps realtors and lending institutions know who’s winning the business and where future business lies. In addition, every month, The Daily Record features an in-depth article highlighting the previous month’s residential and commercial real estate activity, including top mortgage and deed transactions.

Credit Connection. To maintain your business, keep a close eye on The Daily Record’s credit actions. Our credit listings include judgments, satisfactions, liens, bankruptcies, lis pendens and vacate orders — and are widely read by developers, suppliers, financial managers, small businesses and consumers.
