Developers are planning a senior living community in the city of Geneva. High Acres at Seneca Lake is sponsored by FLH Senior Communities, Inc., a member of Finger Lakes Health.
The 81 apartment units and carriage homes feature nine different floor plans. Patios and balconies are planned for many of the units, too.
Plans include a fine dining and a casual café venue; social, activity and meeting spaces; a fitness center; a library; a creative arts studio; beauty salon/barbershop and a covered parking area.
Services like landscaping and snow removal will be provided.
The complex will include 41 on-site assisted living residences and residents will be able to access Finger Lakes Health services like preventive care and education, rehabilitation services, and acute and long-term care.
