Flaum Management Co. Inc., a Rochester-based real estate company, has brokered the sale of the former Krispy Kreme at 1150 Jefferson Road in Henrietta.
The 4,428 square-foot building was purchased by Frontier Development, a Miami-based developer for an undisclosed amount.
Flaum COO Michael Palumbo represented the seller, GE Capital. The sale was preceded by successful dispositions in Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany, all represented by Flaum.
