PAETEC shareholders OK Windstream merger

The merger between PAETEC Holding Corp. and Windstream Communications is moving forward with the approval of stockholders. At a special meeting Thursday in Manhattan, approximately 99 percent of the shares voting were in favor of adopting the merger agreement, according to a release.
