Keycorp strengthens update franchise

KeyCorp has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KeyBank National Association, has signed a purchase and assumption agreement to acquire 37 retail banking branches currently owned by HSBC Bank NA in Buffalo and Rochester.
