Jeanne Olson

Nothnagle Realtors added Jeanne Olson as director of professional development, and promoted Karen Leonardi to executive vice president and Jay Teresi to vice president of sales. Olson will head the company’s training program for both new and experienced agents and will be based out of the Nothnagle Career Center located at 2930 East Henrietta Road. Leonardi will supervise the internal departments and day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring systems are in place to support the sales force. Teresi is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for company growth at the branch and corporate levels.
