Pace joins E.J. Del Monte human relations department

E.J. Del Monte Corp. has added Lindsay Pace to their human relations department. Pace’s responsibilities as a human resources representative include recruitment, coordinating orientation and training programs, employee relations support, reviewing and approving performance appraisals, coordinating associate recognition events, and acting as a benefits counselor to management and associates.
