Buffalo law student receives scholarship

Bradley Loliger, a third-year law student at SUNY Buffalo Law School, is the recipient of the Elder Law Section Scholarship from the New York Bar Foundation.

“We are pleased to award Mr. Loliger this noteworthy scholarship,” said foundation President Cristine Cioffi of Niskayuna (Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube). “He has demonstrated a commitment to the legal profession through his studies, real-world experience and passion for assisting the elderly and not-for-profit public interest work.”

Loliger received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in social work at SUNY Buffalo. He is a law student intern with the Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled or Disadvantaged of Western New York. He also interns at Gate-Longview, a child and family-service organization.

Loliger will receive a $2,500 scholarship.
