Subscription Information. The Daily Record is published daily, Monday through Friday, with the exception of several legal holidays. It is delivered by U.S. Mail and hand delivered within the Inner Loop of the City of Rochester. It is also available at newsstands throughout Monroe County and at The Daily Record office located at 16 W. Main St., Rochester . The subscription rate is $169 per year.

Decisions List. Appellate Division, Fourth Department, Decision lists are available by subscription. Complete with binding and table of contents, Decisions may be obtained as follows: $195 for a 10-month subscription; $120 for additional subscriptions to the same firm; $25 for a single issue.

ARCHIVED DATABASE.

All transactions published in The Daily Record (e.g. d/b/a filings) are now available on disk or label format for easy reference. This service, called the archived database, is a valuable resource for:
