The Nathaniel Award and Leaders in Law

Each year The Daily Record presents The Nathaniel Award, named in honor of newspaper founder Nathaniel B. Raymond, to one deserving member of our legal community who regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty in the name of justice.
The Nathaniel Award recipient is selected from a prestigious group of 20 Leaders in Law – individuals whose leadership has been recognized within the legal community. The Daily Record’s Leaders in Law Award recipients are dedicated to their profession and show a selfless and tireless commitment to volunteer efforts or pro bono work, in addition to the outstanding achievements within their practice.
As part of our annual Nathaniel Award and Leaders in Law celebration, The Daily Record hosts an evening event for the honorees, their family and friends, along with members of Greater Rochester’s legal community. A special publication profiling this elite group will be included as part of the awards presentation that will be held at the Hyatt Regency Rochester.
