The law firm of Harter Secrest & Emery LLP announced that Daniel J. Altieri, John W. Brill, Kristin M. Lowe and Ryan S. Quinn recently joined the firm.
Altieri joined the firm’s Trial Practice Area as an associate in the firm’s Buffalo office and will focus his practice on commercial litigation.
Brill joined the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Area as an associate attorney in the Buffalo office and will focus his practice on issues relating to qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans.
Lowe joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area as an associate in the firm’s Rochester office. Her practice is focused primarily on advising public and private sector employers in all areas of labor relations, employment law, school law and higher education law.
Quinn joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Area as an associate, also in the Rochester office. His practice is focused primarily on advising clients regarding the formation, operation and termination of business entities; drafting various transaction documents related to M&A and securities offerings; performing due diligence review for merger agreements and asset or stock purchase agreements and assisting with corporate governance issues.
