PAR hosted its first Charity Casino Night on March 27 at the Knights of Columbus building on Barrett Road in Webster.

About 50 attended the inaugural event, organized to assist Volunteer Legal Services Project.

Attendees played black jack, roulette or poker and received one raffle ticket for every $100 worth of chips they had left. Tickets were exchanged for prizes, which included a case of wine, a golf outing for the winner and two guests at Brook-Lea Country Club, jewelry and gift certificates to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and Virtu.

Everyone who attended had a great time, and the donations received over the cost of the event were given to Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County Inc.

Blue Apple Productions provided six gambling tables. Also included were appetizers, desserts and prizes at the end of the night. Gambling tables were sponsored by Avalon Document Services, Counsel Press, D4Discovery (which also provided dessert), Harris Beach PLLC, IKON and WebTitle Agency.

Prizes were donated by Beth Churchill; Corey DeRue; John and Linda DeRue; Rachel Eddy; Timothy O’Sullivan, Frontier Abstract; Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester-Marketplace; Debbi and Dan King; Nicole Micciche; Patty Northrup; Marcelle Veater and Jerry DaMore and John Nitsche- WebTitle Agency.
