Harter Secrest names new partner

The Rochester law firm of Harter Secrest & Emery LLP on Wednesday announced that Anthony T. Lee joined the firm as a partner in its trusts and estates practice.

Lee formerly was a trusts and estates partner with Underberg & Kessler.

He will work in conjunction with the firm’s closely held business practice to provide an integrated offering of closely held and family-owned business, estate and succession planning services. 

He is admitted to practice in New York and Rhode Island and is a member and past chairman of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Monroe County Bar Association.
