Monroe Avenue charrette set

Brighton residents and Monroe Avenue business and property owners are encouraged to attend a design charrette on June 5 at Brighton High School.

The organizers’ goal is to create a locally sustainable, vibrant main street that supports and strengthens Brighton’s commercial base while maintaining the neighborhood’s character.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with residents, business owners, landscapers, architects, developers and town board members to discuss desired future improvements to Brighton’s Monroe Avenue corridor.
