Members of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Ethics 20/20 will participate in a roundtable discussion Tuesday at the New York State Bar Association’s 134th annual meeting in Manhattan.
Topics will include confidentiality in a technology environment, cloud computing as a document storage mechanism, Internet-based client development tools, outsourcing, alternative litigation financing and choice of law questions. Ethics 20/20 is an ongoing project of the American Bar Association focusing on ethical issues that arise in the modern practice of law.
Participants will include Commission Co-Chairman Jamie S. Gorelick, partner, WilmerHale; Commissioner Frederic S. Ury, founding partner, Ury & Moskow LLC; and Commission Chief Reporter Andrew M. Perlman, professor, Suffolk University Law School.
