John Mola, 49, of Dunkirk, Chautauqua County, who was convicted of possession of child pornography, has been sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Arcara to 72 months in prison and lifetime supervised release.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward H. White said the defendant possessed 25 images of child pornography on his computer which were found by law enforcement officials during a search May 14, 2009. Some of the children were younger than 12.
