Phillips Lytle appoints practice group leaders

Phillips Lytle LLP appointed two new statewide practice group leaders: Raymond L. Ruff, a partner in the firm’s Rochester and New York City offices, has been appointed practice group leader for the Banking & Financial Services Group and Jonathan P. Taber, a partner in the firm’s Chautauqua and Buffalo offices, has been named practice group leader for the Corporate Practice Group.

Ruff concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, commercial workouts and real estate. Taber focuses his practice in the areas of international and domestic business transactions, corporations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance. He also has significant experience counseling clients in the oil and gas industry.
