Man charged with distributing child porn

John Luchetti, 25, of Buffalo, was charged with distribution of child pornography.
He faces up to 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 or both, if convicted.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Maura K. O’Donnell said Luchetti is accused of distributing videos and images depicting child pornography via the Internet.
The investigation is being handled by agents from the United States Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Lev Kubiak.
