Percy Hilson, 23, of Niagara Falls, has been sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny to 78 months in prison and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony M. Bruce said that Hilson was arrested on April 28, 2008, as a part of an investigation into the gang-related distribution of crack cocaine in Niagara Falls. During the course of the investigation, 23 other defendants were arrested. To date, 19 have entered guilty pleas. Hilson is the ninth defendant to be sentenced.
