Police can use ‘real-time’ GPS tracking device, rules 7th Circuit

Police didn't need a warrant to install a "real-time" tracking device on a drug suspect's vehicle, the 7th Circuit has ruled in affirming the denial of a motion to suppress. Phoenix police identified the defendant as a suspect in a drug trafficking operation.
