The Junior League of Rochester will host two workshops within its signature project GIRLSrock! on Oct. 15 and 16.
GIRLSrock! consists of workshops conducted throughout the year. The October programs will run from 1 to 2 p.m. and 2 to 3 p.m. at the Fair and Expo Center, 2695 East Henrietta Road.
The free workshops are held during the Junior League of Rochester’s Holiday Market fundraiser and are open to all Rochester girls. The Holiday Market features unique arts, crafts and specialty products from approximately 100 vendors.
The JLR Holiday Market is a juried show with all vendor applications being reviewed against a variety of criteria. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $5/person, free to children ages 12 and under. Tickets will be on sale at the door or can be reserved in advance by calling the JLR office at (585) 385-8590. Please leave your name and the number of tickets you would like to reserve.
