Flaum Management Co. Inc., a Rochester-based real estate company, has negotiated four new leases, including one for a new store in Panorama Plaza in Penfield.
Scott Burdett, vice president of marketing/brokerage services negotiated the deals on behalf of his client Tuesday Morning.
In Penfield, Tuesday Morning has opened in a 23,314 square-foot space formerly occupied by Linens N Things. The center is owned by Developers Diversified Realty and is anchored by Top’s Markets and Staples. Brian Ross represented the Landlord on the transaction and Scott Burdett co-brokered with Ben Borruso of Pyramid Brokerage on behalf of the tenant. The store is the third Tuesday Morning in the Rochester market.
According to a release, Tuesday Morning is an “upscale, deep discount, off price retailer” that specializes in name brand and designer closeout merchandise. The chain has 850 stores across the country.
Three other leases were negotiated for Tuesday Morning stores in Glenmont, Kingston and Queensbury. The four leases total more than 55,000 square feet.
