University offers patent talk

Tina McKeon, an intellectual property law attorney, will present a talk on “Positive and Negative Data in Patent Procurement — When to Provide it and Why it Matters” at 9 a.m. Thursday at the University of Rochester.

The free program, part of the For Inventors, Researchers and Entrepreneurs lecture series, will be in the university’s School of Medicine and Dentistry’s Class of ‘62 Auditorium), 601 Elmwood Ave.

McKeon is a founding partner of the Atlanta-based firm McKeon Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC.
