Several Rochester celebrities will raise the curtain Friday for the 12th annual Summer Curtain Call.
The gala event raises funds for Geva Theatre Center’s nationally-recognized education and outreach programs, which serve up to 40,000 people each year, including 20,000 area students.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. under the festival marquee on Woodbury Boulevard with a reception of food and drink, live and silent auctions, and performances by local celebrities. The performance of “Company Town,” written and directed by Geva’s Artistic Director Mark Cuddy, will begin at approximately 8 p.m. in the Wilson Mainstage.
Tickets are $150 per person for general admission and may be purchased online at gevatheatre.org or through the development office at (585) 232-1366 x 3011.
