Independent business group endorses Brooks

Listen to this articleThe National Federation of Independent Business has endorsed Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks in her run to represent the 25th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
“Small and independent business leaders know that it’s time to show our country what it can learn from our county, where we have secured over 85,000 jobs by supporting private sector innovation and promoting a flat-tax, jobs-first environment,” Brooks said in a release.
NFIB Vice President Lisa Goeas said Brooks’ election is critical to small business owners in the district, as well as protecting free enterprise across America.
