City presenting Midtown designs

The City of Rochester will hold a public informational meeting Thursday to present designs for the open space and public portion of the Midtown Redevelopment Project.

The presentation will feature design plans for the new streets, sidewalks and streetscape features within the site, as well as plans for the open spaces and plazas. The option of adding public art will also be discussed.

In addition, the meeting will cover development planned and currently under way, temporary uses of parcels awaiting development, and an overall project schedule. The meeting will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Kate Gleason Auditorium in the Bausch and Lomb Building, 115 South Ave.
