Manning & Napier is accepting applications for its scholarship program which was developed in 2004 to promote academic excellence within the Greater Rochester community.
Since then, the program has grown to award more than $280,000 to students throughout the area as they prepare for the next phase of academic development.
“Manning & Napier is pleased to continue offering these achievement awards for the students in our community,” said Jeff Coons, president and co-director of research.
The Manning & Napier Scholarship Program will grant three awards annually: One of $8,000 and two $1,000 awards. The recipient of the $8,000 scholarship award will also receive a paid internship with Manning & Napier, which will be completed during the summer between the recipient’s sophomore and junior years of college.
Applications for the Manning & Napier Scholarship Program will be available online starting Jan. 5, 2013, at: www.sms.scholarshipamerica.org/manningnapier.
