Manning Squires Hennig hired Jeffrey House as project manager, Mike Loveland as project manager and estimator, Clayton Potter as project manager, Jodi-Lynn Phillips as administrative assistant, and Carolyn Stroka as receptionist.
House will be coordinating MSH’s project at Rochester City School District’s World of Inquiry School No. 58. Loveland’s responsibilities include working with project managers to accelerate change orders, and assisting estimating departments with project bids.
Potter is coordinating MSH’s project at Rochester City School District’s Enrico Fermi School No. 17, and is responsible for construction estimates and coordinating with architects, engineers and subcontractors for best project performance. Phillips will be assisting MSH project managers on the Buffalo State New Technology Building project. She will also support MSH’s work on Rochester City School District’s Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50 and the World of Inquiry School No. 58.
Stroka is responsible for answering and distributing incoming calls, sorting and distributing mail, filing, ordering supplies, organizing quarterly newsletters, distributing bid lists and other administrative tasks.
