I-Square plan gets tax breaks

The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency granted incentives for a $9.9 million mixed-used development in Irondequoit called I-Square.

I-Square LLC is proposing to construct seven buildings, an outdoor amphitheater, parking and residential space as part of the plan.

The developer expects 12 jobs will be created over the next three years.
