Nixon Peabody LLP added four new associates to the Rochester office: Robert Brenner, Jessica Cocco, Kelly Foss and Stephanie Monastra. Brenner, an associate in the firm’s real estate practice, focuses in commercial real estate transactions, complex land use and zoning matters. Brenner previously worked as a judicial extern for U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York Judge Lawrence E. Kahn. Cocco, an associate in the firm’s public finance practice, previously worked as an intern at Patberg, Carmody & Ging in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was also a legal intern with the Livingston County Family Court in Geneseo. Foss, an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation practice, worked as a judicial extern to U.S. District Court, Northern District of California Judge Charles R. Breyer. Monastra is an associate in the labor & employment practice, counseling employer clients on healthcare, benefits and compliance issues. Monastra previously worked as a judicial intern for U.S. District Court, District of Columbia Judge Ricardo M. Urbina.
