The rule of law will be the topic of a program Thursday, April 18, in Syracuse.
The Second Circuit Judicial Council Committee on History, Commemorative Events and Civic Education is inviting members of the legal community to attend the Hands Lecture, “The Rule of Law is Dead! Long Live the Rule of Law! Conflicting Public Perceptions of the Courts,” presented by Keith J. Bybee, professor ,College of Law and Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
The program starts at 4 p.m. at Drumlins, 800 Nottingham Road, Syracuse. Reservations are requested by Friday, April 12 on the court’s website at ww2.ca2.uscourts.gov/event2.
