D4 LLC, a discovery management, computer forensics and litigation support organization, is planning to expand near its headquarters at 222 Andrews St. in Rochester.
The company plans to spend $30,500 to renovate its space there as well as leasing 5,000 square feet and spending $125,000 to renovate at 214 Andrews St.
County of Monroe Industrial Agency, or COMIDA, board members Tuesday approved a sales tax break of just under $5,000 on the $155,500 project.
The company had 25 employees when it purchased the Andrews Street building in 2010. Now, D4 has 61 full-time employees and expects to create two additional full-time positions.
