Rochester Business Alliance will host a free fall 2013 Eat Well, Live Well Challenge information session Sept. 6. The eight-week program encourages participants to make healthy food choices and get more physically active.
Over 400 Rochester-area employers have already used the award-winning wellness program as a fun and easy way to help more than 200,000 workers stay healthy.
Organizations wishing to get involved with the fall 2013 Eat Well, Live Well Challenge can attend the information session from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 6 at Rochester Business Alliance, 150 State Street. Free parking is available behind the building off Andrews Street.
The information session is free, but registration is required. To register, or for more information, contact Colleen DiMartino at (585) 256-4627.
The challenge, which has been recognized as a model by the federal government, is offered as part of the Rochester Business Alliance Health Care Initiative, which seeks ways to keep our region’s health care costs down while maintaining quality and improving access to medical care.
