Cirando named ‘Distinguished Lawyer’

Syracuse attorney John A. Cirando will receive the 2013 Onondaga County Bar Association’s Distinguished Lawyer Award at the association’s annual dinner Oct. 17 at Traditions at the Links in East Syracuse.

Guests will include the Hon. Henry J. Scudder, presiding justice, Appellate Division, Fourth Department; David M. Schraver, president of the New York State Bar Association; and Kris Fischer, editor-in-chief, the New York Law Journal.
