Fourth Dept. issues Judicial candidate ratings

The Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commissions of the state Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department has issued its ratings for candidates running for judicial office in the Fifth, Seventh and Eighth judicial districts.

The ratings are:

Seventh Judicial District

(Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates counties)

Monroe County Court

• Christopher S. Ciaccio: Qualified

• Paul D. Irving: Qualified

Monroe County Family Court

• Juan A. Nevarez: Qualified

• Judge Dandrea L. Ruhlmann: Qualified

• James E. Walsh Jr.: Qualified

Geneva City Court

• Timothy J. Buckley: Qualified

• Elisabeth Toole Qualified

Rochester City Court

• John E. (Jack) Elliott: Highly qualified

Eighth Judicial District

(Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming counties)

New York State Supreme Court

• E. Jeannette Ogden: Highly qualified

• Mark Montour: Qualified

• Jeffrey E. Marion: Not found qualified

• Paul B. Wojtaszek: Highly qualified

Buffalo City Court

• Debra Givens: Highly qualified

• Kevin Keane: Highly qualified

Erie County Family Court

• Mary Giallanza Carney: Qualified

• Paul Crapsi: Qualified

• Deanne Tripi: Qualified

Erie County Surrogate’s Court

• Barbara Howe: Highly qualified

Wyoming County Court

• Michael M. Mohun: Highly qualified

Fifth Judicial District

(Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga and Oswego counties)

New York State Supreme Court

• John V. Centra: Highly qualified

• Anthony J. Paris: Highly qualified

Oneida County Court

• Barry M. Donalty: Highly qualified

Rome City Court

• John C. Gannon: Highly qualified

Syracuse City Court

• Mary Anne Doherty: Qualified

• Romana A. Lavalas: Qualified
