Book fair benefits city library

The Rochester Public Library’s Monroe, Highland and Winton branches will hold a book fair at the Barnes & Noble bookstore, 3349 Monroe Ave., Pittsford, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday.
Shoppers will be able to direct the store to donate a percentage of the purchase to the libraries. The donations will be used to purchase new materials for each of the branches.
Those who can’t make it to the store can purchase items online at www.barnesandnoble.com from Dec. 6 to Dec. 11 by entering Bookfair ID 11218476 at checkout.
