Phillips Lytle attorney discusses bullying

Alisa A. Lukasiewicz, special counsel in the Buffalo office of Phillips Lytle LLP, was a guest recently on On Target, a radio program hosted by state Supreme Court Justice Penny Wolfgang.

The two discussed bullying prevention and The Dignity Act, a 2010 law that seeks to protect New York public elementary and secondary students from bullying.

The program aired multiple times last week on several Western New York radio stations.

Lukasiewicz has experience in all areas of litigation, representing private and public sector clients. She focuses her practice on education law and is the co-leader of Phillips Lytle’s Education Practice Team. A member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, she earned her J.D., cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo Law School and her bachelor’s, summa cum laude, from Canisius College.
