Employees of the Fairport Central School District last week presented a check for $2,625 to representative of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Fairport Foundation.

The funds were raised during an event at the Fairport Brewing Co. Tap Room. The donation will help fund the reconstruction of the Veteran’s Memorial at Potter Park in the village.
