The Rev. Roy Harriger of the Community Fellowship Church in Middleport, Niagara County,  was arraigned Monday in the Orleans County Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of course of sexual conduct against a child, two counts of incest and one count of first-degree incest.

Orleans County Court Judge James P. Punch issued an order of protection barring Harriger from having any contact with the victims or any person under age 18, without exception, pending the outcome of the case.

After the arraignment, Harriger was processed at the New York State Police Station in Albion and additionally charged with criminal possession of a firearm for allegedly having an unregistered revolver at his residence on Nov. 27.
