Carrie Gallagher has joined the Law Firm of Janice M. Iati P.C. as an associate. She will concentrate her practice in construction law, insurance defense, litigation and personal injury.

Brady focuses his practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, underinsured motorist claims, construction accidents and premises liability. Jennifer L. Fay focuses her practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury law, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home claims, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. Ellen F. Zupa, R.N., M.S., has joined Faraci Lange as a legal nurse consultant. She will assist attorneys representing clients in medical malpractice cases. Danielle Przybyla has joined the firm as a legal assistant. She has more than 16 years of experience serving as a legal assistant in various areas of litigation.
Dixon Schwabl, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency, announced that Megan Flinn has joined the team as public relations assistant, responsible for tracking media client coverage, distributing press releases and support; and Rachel Laber has joined as digital media and public relations account executive, responsible for the creation and implementation of social and digital media campaigns, as well as the day-to-day management of medium-to-large public relations accounts.

Mary Manard Reed has been named executive director of the High Falls Film Festival. Reed succeeds Mary Howard. She gained specific film industry expertise and contacts during her tenure as the marketing director for Kodak’s Motion Picture Film division, based in New York City. She represented the company and/or organized industry events at various film festivals including Cannes, Sundance, Telluride and Toronto.
