Amy K. Boyd has joined the Harris Beach PLLC law firm as an associate in the Life and Asset Planning Practice Group. Boyd drafts wills, trusts, power of attorney documents and health care proxies, and provides clients with tax planning, including federal estate and gift tax planning; special needs planning and wealth transfer management, and is involved with petitions for probate and administration, inventories and judicial settlements.
Michael B. Powers, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP and Clarence town justice, has been re-elected a trustee of the Historical Society of the Courts of the State of New York. Powers has served on the society’s Board of Trustees since January 2005 and was selected as chairman of its Programs Committee in 2013.
Shalini Bhattacharya and Michelle Coady have joined the HUNT Interior team. Bhattacharya is a senior designer in HUNT’s interior design group. Her creative highlights are primarily spread across the health care, commercial office space and retail environments. Coady is an interior designer in the HUNT Interior design group. Her professional experience includes design venues, such as educational facilities; construction and FF&E specifications; the design of an academic studio; retail; and, project management.
Prospect Mortgage, LLC has hired Kim Chizuk and Sherie Allensworth as loan officers with the team in Rochester. Chizuk brings more than 17 years of mortgage origination experience to the company. Allensworth has more than 25 years of mortgage origination and real estate experience.
Restaurant 2 Vine Head Chef Gino Ruggiero has been included in Best Chefs America’s list of top chefs, placing him in the top one percent of chefs cooking in the U.S. today. In order to be included on the list, a chef must be nominated by other culinary professionals and food enthusiasts.
Keith E. Cleary was appointed vice president and business banking director for ESL Federal Credit Union. Cleary will be responsible for the development and implementation of the locally-owned credit union’s business banking strategy and initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of experience in retail and commercial banking.
