Audrey P. Burns and Kimberly A. Rabideau have joined the law firm of Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. Burns has joined the firm’s Immigration practice group as a paralegal and assists in the preparation of employment and family-based petitions for temporary and permanent visas. Rabideau has joined the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group as a paralegal. Rabideau has more than 26 years’ experience, and concentrates her work in trust and estate administration.

 

Sage Rutty & Co., Inc. announced the addition of Robert Lohwater as chief compliance officer. Lohwater brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and his responsibilities include developing, implementing, communicating and reviewing the corporate policies and procedures designed to enable the company to effectively manage risk and remain in compliance with the various regulatory authorities. He holds licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

SWBR Architects recently announced the addition of Joe Kosiorek, LEED AP, as architect and project manager, and Donald Naetzker II as planning manager. Kosiorek is responsible for the management of educational projects, primarily K-12. Naetzker brings 30 years of experience and will enhance the firm’s planning and landscape architecture group. He will work to expand offerings in urban place-making, revitalization, historic preservation, conservation, recreation, destination tourism, education and urban environmental strategies.

Roberts Communications has promoted Deb Benkovich, Scott Loftus and Rachel Spence to be creative supervisors. Combined, this creative team has been a part of the Roberts family for more than two decades. In their expanded roles, Benkovich will continue to lead key accounts such as Excellus BCBS and various subdivisions of ITT Corporation. Loftus will take on a larger role with Jewish Senior Life, GRHF and E&I, and will continue to be involved in art direction for Xerox and other clients. Spence will lead the Xerox GEM initiatives, support new creative work with the Xerox workflow team and art direct for other emerging client projects.
