D4 LLC is expanding its E-discovery and Litigation Support Consulting Group.
D4 is a national provider of managed services, e-discovery, digital forensics and deposition services to law firms and corporations. The Litigation Support Consulting Group provides a wide range of litigation and technical expertise to guide clients through all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
The expanded team consists of experts with a broad range of backgrounds including litigation support, digital forensics, and project management from both law firms and corporations. Team members hold various degrees and certifications.
“This is not new territory or a new service being offered by D4,” said Peter Coons, senior vice president and co-founder who leads the team. “We have been providing consulting services for over a decade, from meet-and-confer consulting to creating processing workflows. What is new is the number of experienced consultants we have pulled in to this group. We have experts in all areas of litigation support, forensics and e-discovery.”
