Larry Mastrella, licensed associate real estate broker, has been hired as the director of relocation at Nothnagle Realtors. Licensed for 44 years, Mastrella previously worked at Nothnagle for 20 years as a top sales agent, branch manager and relocation manager.
Erdman Anthony recently named Rich McFadden, P.E., structural project engineer in transportation services in its Rochester office. McFadden has more than 27 years of experience in the engineering field as a project team leader with experience in directing, leading, reviewing, and designing highway and structures projects from planning to construction. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York.
ESL Federal Credit Union recently appointed Shanna M. Whelehan as manager, branch center district, Westside. In her new role, Whelehan will be responsible for operational processes, as well as the recruitment, management and retention of the locally-owned credit union’s Westside branch staff. Whelehan has held various positions within the company, including branch manager of the Brockport office.
Dixon Schwabl, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency in Rochester, announced the hire of Shane Grant as vice president of account service, and Rob Meacham as account coordinator. Grant is responsible for leading the Rye Brook-based Vyve Broadband account, as well as new business development for the agency. Meacham is responsible for working with the Vyve Broadband team on all account service-based projects. He is also responsible for supporting the account service team and establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
DiMarco Constructors announced the hire of Gregg Grates as senior project manager and Suzanne Neace as director of information management. Grates is responsible for managing customer relations and project development, project oversight and monitoring, and business development. He also acts as corporate manager of construction management services. Neace is responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, developing prospective markets and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
