The Cabot Group has been selected by Gilbane Development Co. to manage and lease the new Mount Hope Lofts at College Town.
The 17-acre mixed-use development consists of commercial and residential space adjacent to the University of Rochester Medical Center.
The lofts consist of 154 second-, third- and forth-story residential units that line Mount Hope Avenue and Elmwood Avenue. College Town also will consist of a 20,000-square-foot market, a two-level Barnes & Noble university/community bookstore, a 136-room Hilton Garden Inn, 50,000 square feet of new Class A office space, and numerous new shops and restaurants.
Phase One of the project is slated to be completed in August.
