Groups awarded for financial education work

The Marketview Heights Association and NeighborWorks Rochester were among the nine regional nonprofits awarded by Citizens Bank as part of the “Citizens Helping Citizens Manage Money” initiative.

The Rochester organizations were chosen from among more than 150 applicants in a competitive application process based on their track record of success providing financial education programs, a need for financial support and a demonstration to incorporate sustainability in their future plans.
