Sutherland bringing jobs to Syracuse

Sutherland Global Services, a business process and technology management services provider based in Rochester, is partnering with the state Department of Labor and Empire State Development to hire for 200 new positions in Syracuse.
A career recruitment event will be conducted from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo conference room, 1 Conservation Place, Syracuse.
Available positions include customer support chat consultants, customer support representatives, help desk support technicians and outbound sales representatives.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to preregister online at www.labor.ny.gov/sutherland and take a pre-assessment test before the job fair so staff may determine which positions are the best fits for them.
