The Buffalo-based law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is adding attorney Elizabeth Perry as a partner in the Trusts and Estates practice group.
Perry maintains a broad practice within trust and estates law and elder law. She is experienced in the planning, administration and taxation of estates, including drafting a variety of trusts and wills, and representing executors and beneficiaries in probate litigation matters. She also counsels clients on elder planning, helping them appoint a health care proxy and power of attorney, compose living wills, and seek Medicare opportunities. She previously worked at Phillips Lytle LLP.
“As our firm continues to grow, we feel fortunate to have added Beth Perry to our partnership,” said Managing Partner Scott Friedman. “Aside from her blue chip reputation and resume, Beth has wonderful interpersonal skills and style that I’m confident will make her a valuable addition to our already stellar Trusts and Estates team.”
Perry earned her juris doctor degree in 2004 from SUNY Buffalo Law School, graduating magna cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College in 2001, graduating summa cum laude.
Perry is also a frequent speaker on trusts and estates law at continuing legal education seminars through the New York State Bar Association and other local organizations.
