The KeyBank Foundation recently announced a grant of $15,000 to Rochester Prep High School, which will help the school prepare students for thriving futures.
Rochester Prep High School, part of the Uncommon Schools charter school network, is dedicated to readying their high school students for graduation, college and fulfilling careers and lives. The KeyBank grant will help support the College Access and Success program, which provides RPHS students with the support they need to not only enter, but also to graduate from college.
“We are very happy to assist Rochester Prep High School with this grant,” said Jim Barger, president, Rochester Market, KeyBank N.A. “At Key, we are committed to supporting thriving students and a thriving workforce, and ensuring that students have every opportunity to get the best education they can and go on to college.”
The College Access and Success program serves students during all four years of high school and into their college years up until graduation. This program includes PSAT and SAT preparation, application essay writing instruction, college visits and fairs, among other benefits.
